Please fill the Weekly Racking Inspection Report and Ensure Sure it is Submitted

IF NO - Remove any load which may exceed racking load limit. If the load limit is not visible then report to a supervisor or ensure that racking load is established and marked.
IF NO - Remove any leaning, overhanging or unstable load from the racking, restore if possible, otherwise ensure suitable racking is available to safely store the load.
IF NO - Ensure that alternative storage is established for items that are unsuitable for storage via racking systems.
IF NO - Report the issue to a supervisor, suspend use of the racking and contact your competent person for racking.
